Started auctioning in October of 1980 and started selling real estate in 1981, went to brokers classes and received brokers license in 1982. I went to Ivy Tech for my education, started appraising for the Elberfeld State Bank for bank loans and have doing it ever since. I am a licensed appraiser for the state and can appraise homes for any lending institution there is in Indiana.
